Returns, Exchange & Refunds
All our products are beautifully handcrafted by the local artisans of Pakistan, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another. Since natural stones & pearls are organic in nature, they may vary slightly. Each pieces goes through our quality control department before dispatching. International orders are personally check by the brand owner Ayesha.
Since each product is exclusively handmade with immense care and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS and REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT NOTE.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING WITH PAKISTAN WILL BE EXCHANGED WITHOUT HASSLE.
You cannot exchange / return Noseclips due to hygiene reason.
Exchange Policy- Pakistan.
- We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
- Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- Customized orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
- For Exchange, customers need to born Pickup & Re-shipping charges which is Rs.350/- all over Pakistan.
Exchange Policy- INTERNATIONAL
- Refunds are applicable ONLY in case of lost shipments.
- International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- Exchange is accepted ONLY if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.
- For any exchange, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- We don’t take any responsibility if the items gets damaged in shipping.
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE:
- Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with their order number and product picture.
- Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
- The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (mentioned below).
- Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
- Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product, as per AyeshaAccessories policy.
- Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.
- It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
